Traditional dental braces have been a trusted method for straightening teeth for many years. They consist of metal brackets and wires that are securely attached to the surface of the teeth using a resin cement. While the overall practice and appliances have remained largely unchanged since their introduction in the late 1800s, orthodontists have refined the technique to effectively treat a wide range of dental misalignments. Braces are provided by orthodontists who have the expertise to assess and address each patient’s unique needs.

One of the advantages of traditional braces is their ability to treat various dental misalignments, making them a versatile option for many patients. Additionally, braces can sometimes be more affordable compared to other orthodontic treatments. The duration of braces treatment can vary depending on the individual case, but it generally takes between 12 to 36 months to effectively straighten teeth. It’s important to note that adults can also benefit from braces by improving their bite and overall dental function, in addition to achieving a beautiful smile. With braces, it’s never too late to put your best smile forward!

Invisalign treatment offers a discreet and comfortable solution for straightening teeth. It involves wearing a series of clear, removable aligners that are custom-made to gradually shift the teeth into their desired position. These aligners are virtually invisible, allowing patients to confidently go about their daily lives without drawing attention to their orthodontic treatment. The convenience of being able to remove the aligners makes it easy for patients to maintain their oral hygiene routine and enjoy their favorite foods without restrictions. With the use of advanced technology and high-quality materials, Invisalign treatment provides predictable and effective results, helping patients achieve the smile they desire.

Invisalign treatment is suitable for both teenagers and adults, offering a versatile solution for a variety of orthodontic issues. Whether it’s addressing crowded teeth, closing gaps, or correcting bite problems, Invisalign can help achieve a straighter and healthier smile. The treatment process begins with a 3D scan of the teeth, allowing for a simulated outcome to be generated quickly. Patients then receive a series of customized clear aligners that are designed to fit their specific needs at each stage of the treatment.
